Four Haiku
Forty-eight degrees.
Was drizzling the whole time.
Still a good morning.
Old dog continues.
This has meaning because –
he couldn't before.
Cranes silent in park –
while geese fly over honking.
Great Blue moves down shore.
The bounty is good.
Three Sisters plays host once more –
to three Sandhill Cranes.
