Wild Lupine - Lupinus perennis
The Wild Lupine is a native plant that grows between 8"- 24" tall. Wild Lupine likes dry to moderate mosture like prairies and woods with sandy soil.
The flower colors can be white, blue, purple, or pink; but are most often blue or bluish purple. Leaves are palmately-divided into 7-11 leaflets that are arranged radially like a sundial.
The Wild Lupine blooms May - June.
