Hoary Vervain - Verbena stricta
Hoary Vervain is a native plant that is mostly found in meadows and fields. It grows from 2- 4 feet in height.
Hoary Vervain has 5-petal, deep blue to purple (lavender) flowers on long, thick spikes. As the plant ages the spike atop the plant will elongate.
Hoary Vervain blooms from late June to September.
