Three Haiku
Thirty-two degrees.
Wingra's ice is dwindling fast.
Now eighty feet out.
Heron silhouette,
silently guards Ho-Nee-Um –
while Sandhill Cranes trill.
Eight muskrats on ice.
Full Worm Moon decends in west.
Sun breaks clouds in east.
