Common Yarrow - Achillea millefolium
Common Yarrow is a native plant that has numerous small, white to pinkish flowers with 4-5 petals rays forming a round, flat, dense cluster.
Common Yarrow's distictive leaves The leaves are long, almost feathery, and arranged spirally on the stems.
Common Yarrow likes to grow in sunny areas like fields, roadsides, disturbed sites (moderate moisture to wet conditions).
Common Yarrow grows from 8"-40" tall and blooms July-Oct.
Other names: Milfoil.
