St. John's wort - Hypericum perforatum (Introduced/Invasive)

St. John's wort grows from 2-3' tall.

The yellow, 5-parted flower petals have black dots near the edges.

Other names: Common Saint John's wort, perforate St. John's-wort, Klamath-weed.
