Lance-leaved coreopsis - Coreopsis lanceolata

Lance-leaved coreopsis ia a native plant that can grow 8" - 24" high. Lance-leaved coreopsis prefers full sun and such as dry to moderate moisture; prairies and meadows.

Yellow flowers with distinctive notched rays. Lance-leaved coreopsis flower heads are usually between 1 1/4"-2 3/4" wide.

Blooms May-August.

Other names: Lance-leaf tickseed, long-stalk tickseed, sand coreopsis, sand tickseed.
